At Atherton House School we have an open door policy. Parents, carers and children are very welcome to visit us at any time. Some families prefer to make an appointment knowing then that we will have any additional information they request at hand. Please contact us by telephone to arrange a visit – 0151 924 5578.

Places are often in demand, so parents should please contact us to discuss availability before registering their child. Once we have established that we have a place available, parents may register by completing a registration form. Please return the forms as soon as possible and enclose a deposit of £150, which is non- refundable in the event of cancellation but is returned to you before your child starts school.

We always encourage pre-starting visits during the month before the official start date, in order for the children to get to know the team, environment and routine. During this settling-in time, your child’s key carer will also find out more about your child’s routines, likes and dislikes. There is no charge for settling in sessions.

Atherton House School comprises a large semi-detached property with a substantial side garden within Crosby. We are located at 6 Alexandra Road, Crosby, Liverpool L23 7TF. There is ample roadside parking for families to drop off and collect their children throughout the day. We are located within walking distance of Crosby’s shopping centre and facilities, and just a 8-minute walk away from Merseyrail’s Blundellsands Station, which has excellent rail links to Liverpool and Southport.
